Reply to the Quadripartite Committee (also known as the Committees on Strategic Export Controls) report (HCP 145, session 2004-05, ISBN 0215023080). This Joint Committee is also known as the Committees on Strategic Export Controls and comprises the Defence, Foreign Affairs, International Development and the Trade and Industry Select Committees.
