White paper dated March 2008. Cm 7372-II subtitled: draft Constitutional Renewal Bill; Cm 7342-II subtitled: Analysis of consultations. This White paper follows the Green paper issued in July 2007 (Cm. 7170, ISBN 9780101717021) and various other Governance of Britain papers. The analysis of consultations covers responses on: managing protest around Parliament, the role of the Attorney General, judicial appointments, treaties, the Civil Service, war powers and flag flying.

This Command Paper was laid before Parliament by a Government Minister by Command of Her Majesty. Command Papers are considered by the Government to be of interest to Parliament but are not required to be presented by legislation.
